Supertech signs Rs. 500-cr contract with Abu Dhabi-based firm

Real estate player Supertech Ltd. recently announced that it has signed a Rs. 500-crore contract with Abu Dhabi-based Arabian Construction Company for the construction of first phase of Supertech Hues project. The project is a part of 70-acre Group Housing Residential development project located in Sector 68, Gurgaon. Arabian Construction Company will bring in a special construction technology - Tunnel Form Technology - to help complete the project in 30 months, Supertech said in a statement. Apart from reducing labour requirement, this technology will help achieve the slab cycle of 3-4 days and to complete one tower of ground plus 28 floors in eight months, the company added.
